Abba, a second-year business accountancy major in marketing management. She is a student at the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST), works as an artisan to cover her educational expenses and purchase necessary books. Despite the challenges of balancing employment and education, she manages it with her flexible work schedule. Abba works Mondays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. She schedules her studies around her classes and spends most of her leisure time studying. She believes that a flexible work schedule is more important than a large pay, and she chose this position due to its scheduling flexibility and the ability to fund her education.
